Troubleshooting

I've already logged on, why does it want me to login AGAIN?

You will most likely be taken back to the login screen if you have not changed these IMPORTANT SETTINGS! Note: IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO LOG IN AGAIN. If you have already seen a confirmation screen that your account is in "Active Status", simply browse away from the login window by typing an address in the address bar at the top of your browser window or clicking on one of your favorites. (Please reboot your computer for any changed settings to take effect.)

I can see that the WIFITOOLBOX signal says its strong, but I can't surf the net! What gives?

Wireless Internet works the same way a dialog does in a crowded room. One person speaks loud enough for the second person to hear the information. That second person must speak at the same or higher volume for the first person to comprehend what was replied. Because our equipment is amplified initially, it often becomes an issue of our equipment not able to "hear" a user's computer reply .

I still want to use your service!  What can I do to increase my signal strength and fix this problem?

1. Move to a wall of less density in your vicinity. Wireless Internet does not travel well trough metal (cars & RV's) or forested areas (moisture). Near a window and pointed toward the direction of the antennas generally works the best. Experiment in your area where you get the best signal.

2. Buy an external antenna to boost your strength. Make sure it is compatible with the hardware and software that you already own and communicates on the 802.11 wireless band. A great example of one can be found here; Example 1. You billed me twice!  Do I get an automatic credit?

NO! Please Request a Credit or a Refund by clicking HERE! We cannot closely monitor the origin of every transaction. This problem occurs most often when the Back or Refresh Button is clicked during a transaction.
